Record Submission

An eligible record means a service record submitted by a verified partner that:

• relates to a real vehicle;
• is tied to a legitimate completed service visit/work order;
• is accurate and complete enough for AutoViffy verification;
• is submitted by a partner authorized to submit it;
• does not duplicate another submitted record;
• does not include unnecessary personal information; and
• satisfies AutoViffy’s then-current program rules.

Eligible records may require supporting details such as VIN, service date, odometer reading, service category, work order or invoice reference, shop identity, and any other information AutoViffy reasonably requires to verify the record.

Records may be ineligible if they are:

• duplicates;
• false or misleading;
• incomplete;
• artificially generated;
• not tied to a completed service visit;
• based on an estimate only;
• based on a quote only;
• submitted without authorization;
• part of an already-paid work order/service visit;
• unverifiable;
• outside program availability; or
• inconsistent with AutoViffy policies.
